Ray Morrison's comedy is uncomfortably comfortable… with twists of senior’s angst. Known as the “Elder Statesman of Vancouver Comedy,” Ray's career in comedy has humble beginnings. His wife said to him, “Get a hobby, you are driving me crazy!” So Ray chose comedy... and you get to laugh. In 2017, Ray Morrison won Vancouver’s “One Hitter Quitter” comedy competition over 130 competitors. While Ray walked to the stage to accept the award, the whole crowd chanted, “Grandpa, Grandpa, Grandpa!” A comic for all ages, Ray regularly performs at comedy clubs, brew pubs and corporate venues across the Lower Mainland, including Vancouver Island. Jacob Samuel is a stand-up comic, cartoonist, and writer known for his clever and insightful comedy. Jacob has taped multiple national TV performances for the CBC, The Comedy Network, and Crave and has wowed audiences at both the Just For Laughs and Winnipeg Comedy Festivals. On radio, he can be heard on SiriusXM and on CBC's The Debaters. Jacob has also had several cartoons published in The New Yorker even though he did terribly in middle school art class.
