Ottawa West Stand-Up Comedy Shows

Chris Borris started performing stand up comedy in 2013.  A few years in, he won the first ever Alterna Crackup Comedy Competition, and since then has worked with some of the best comics in the business.  These include Gilbert Gottfried, Mike Ward and Derek Seguin to name a few. Dan Allaire’s passion for comedy and story telling is obvious the minute you see him on stage. He’s a regular at Yuk Yuk’s Clubs, having performed in Ottawa, Oshawa, Toronto, Niagara Falls and Halifax. He showcased for Just For Laughs last spring and has appeared at the Portland Maine Comedy Festival and HumourFest in Quebec City. Abbas Wahab is a Canadian comedian and actor. He's been featured on Just For Laughs, Winnipeg Comedy, and Edinburgh Fringe festivals, and is a regular on CBC's The Debaters. Wahab has appeared in such TV shows as Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, The Boys, What We Do In The Shadows, and The Handmaid's Tale. Abbas is also the creator and host of The Immigrant Section Podcast, a weekly comedy show showcasing Canada's rising talents. He has garnered a loyal online following of over 80k users on Instagram and 200k on TikTok.
