Gilson Lubin

Martha Chaves

Martha Chaves is a Latin Canadian award-winning stand-up comedian, actor, and comedy writer. Daryl Jung from Now Magazine called her “Witty, sassy, provocative, and very funny.” In 2023, TLN named her one of North America's Ten Most Influential Hispanic Canadians.

Her infectious, candid style and natural ability to relate to a wide range of audiences make her a popular headliner at clubs, festivals, fundraisers, corporate functions, and keynote speaking engagements.

Her TV credits include multiple appearances in the Just For Laughs, Winnipeg, and We Are Funny That Way Festivals, to mention a few, and her two national comedy specials, Something About Martha on CTV and the Comedy Network and Comics! on the CBC.

Shannon Laverty

Shannon Laverty is a veteran stand-up comic hailing from the plains of Saskatchewan. She is a five-time nominee for the Canadian Comedy Award and was voted top host by Glenn Sumi in NOW Magazine. Shannon has performed across Canada and South Africa, as well as in Germany, the Dominican Republic, and the United States. Laverty was thrilled to collaborate with Dana Carvey and Louis C.K. One unforgettable show at Massey Hall in Toronto on New Year's Eve, where she performed alongside Robert Klein. She is a featured performer on A Little Sketchy TV (NTD TV) and can also be heard on Sirius XM channels: Just for Laughs Canada, Raw Dog, and She's So Funny in the USA. Shannon's additional TV and radio credits include Laugh Out Loud (CBC Radio), Winnipeg Comedy Fest (CBC), Listed (Much More Music), Club 54, and The Movie Network's pay-per-view comedy special "Mondo Taboo 2, " as well as She's So Funny and Funny Girls on WTN, and Comics (CBC). Jeff McEnery

Jeff McEnery won the prestigious "Tim Sims Encouragement Award" in 2005, "Yuk Yuk's Great Canadian Laugh Off" in 2006 and was named “Best Stand-Up Newcomer” at the 2007 Canadian Comedy Awards. Since then, Jeff has become a headliner for Yuk Yuk’s and has made multiple appearances at every major Canadian comedy festival including the Just For Laughs, Winnipeg, and Halifax. Jeff's Comedy Now! stand-up special was broadcast on CTV in 2011. In 2015, he was nominated for 'Best Male Stand-Up' at the Canadian Comedy Awards.​ Jeff had a lead acting role in the critically acclaimed drama "Dog Pound." He was also a cast member on the Comedy Network’s sketch series "Hotbox" and has made guest appearances on "Letterkenny," "Covert Affairs," "The Jon Dore Television Show," and "Naturally Sadie."
