Martha Chaves is a Latin Canadian award-winning stand-up comedian, actor, and comedy writer. Daryl Jung from Now Magazine called her “Witty, sassy, provocative, and very funny.” In 2023 TLN named he one of the Ten Most Influential Hispanic Canadians in North America.

The Funny As Puck Tour Atlantic Edition

Brian Patafie grew up in Greenwood Nova Scotia in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. Years later following his University graduation he ventured out for the next 44 years working as an athletic trainer in both the professional hockey and the junior hockey industry including a stint with the hometown AHL Nova Scotia Voyageurs while working his way up to the NHL serving as the athletic trainer for the Calgary Flames in the mid to late 90's . After retiring in 2021 Brian followed his passion for standup comedy and since that time he has performed in clubs, theatres and casino showrooms all over North America. In October of 2022 he reached what he calls the pinnacle of his new career when he went to share his stories on an eight city, twelve show tour through the United Kingdom. On Friday and Saturday May 17th and 18th: Brian along with Vancouver based comedian Milton NG and the Pride of Venezuela Hector Rivas will take to the stage at Yuk Yuk's in Halifax for The Funny As Puck Tour Atlantic Edition, ninety minutes of continuous laughter about their hilarious life experiences and Brian will probably mix in a few hockey stories as well.

After starting stand-up comedy over a decade ago at an open mic in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Kyle Hickey has blossomed into a talented writer, actor and comedian, making appearances at the Boston Comedy Festival, CBC's Halifax Comedy Festival and JFL42 in Toronto, as well as acting roles on both YTV and MTV.

Renee Percy
Renée is an award winning actor, writer, comedian, and ninja*. She caught the acting bug at age 12 when she landed a series regular role on the wildly popular television series DEGRASSI HIGH. Since then, she has appeared on, and written for, numerous television shows, toured the country doing standup comedy, received a Canadian Comedy Award, the Phil Hartman Award, AND she is only one stamp short of a free yogurt at Pinkberry. She has opened for the likes of Jeff Garlin, Craig Robinson, Preacher Lawson, Jamie Kennedy, Orny Adams, Michael Rapaport, Bill Burr, Yakov Smirnoff and Jay Leno to name a few, and can be seen performing sketches on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Renée is now living the dream in Los Angeles and you can catch her performing live at The Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store, The Improv, Flappers Comedy Club, and part of the Netflix is a Joke Comedy Festival.
*Although she does hold a second-degree black belt in karate, to date, she has won no awards for being a ninja.
