Carla Collins

Named “Comedian of the Year” by the Southern California Motion Picture Council, Carla Collins is an award-winning comedian, actress, television and radio host. Earlier this year, she won an LA Film Award for Best Supporting Actress and has appeared in numerous movies and television shows in both the US and Canada. She performs stand-up comedy in clubs, theaters and festivals all over North America.

Carla is also a highly sought-after comedian, emcee and auctioneer in the corporate world having performed for numerous notable international companies and organizations including Microsoft, Staples, Labatts, TBWAChiatDay, YPO (Young Presidents Organization), and The Rotary Club to name a few.

You may have streamed Carla’s reality show, Carlawood, on Amazon Prime, and she will be filming her first US comedy special in 2024. Carla also stars in the new comedy, Murder, Anyone?, a darling of the film festival circuit directed by James Cullen Bressack. It is “one of the most streamed movies of 2023 on VOD” (Rotten Tomatoes) and can currently be seen on TUBI.

A fierce animal lover, Ms. Collins has been involved with the SPCA and Humane Society for years and is an ambassador for World Animal Protection. She resides in Los Angeles, California and is currently searching for her next rescue animal(s).

Being an emotional support cougar herself, Carla is allowed on most planes and in most restaurants.
